Management and Directors

Ray Paquette - President

Mr. Paquette has over 35 years of business management experience. He has served on the board of directors of Canadian Mining Company Inc. since 1994. Mr. Paquette was elected President of the Corporation in February, 1999. His strong managerial skills are focused on the development and growth of the Company and he is recognized as a business builder.

Since 1999 under Paquette's direction the Company has assembled substantial mineral holdings. He has lead the Company forward in the exploration of precious and base metals including the processing of the industrial mineral, zeolite.

Mr. Paquette's key responsibilities include project management, company development and financing. He takes a hands-on approach and was instrumental in the Company's Bromley Creek Zeolite Mine development and in building and advancing the Company's precious and base metal assets in Sonora, Mexico and the Bullard Pass gold project in Arizona. His experience and managerial skills are now focused on the further development and growth of the Company's Sun Group Zeolite Project in British Columbia, Canada.

Mr. Paquette has assembled highly capable exploration teams for each of the Company's projects and has been the driving force in moving the Company forward.

Mark Groenewald - CFO

Mr. Groenewald brings over fifteen years experience in the commercial environment. Before moving to Canada in 2002, he was involved in his own business in South Africa. He graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa in 1987 and completed his articles with Ironside Greenwood, a firm of public accountants in Johannesburg. His focus more recently has been on providing accounting and management consulting services to several corporations in the lower mainland area of Vancouver.

Dianne Szigety - Corporate Secretary

Ms. Szigety has over 20 years experience in the securities industry and is the President of PubliCo Services Ltd., a private company offering expertise in all aspects of regulatory reporting and filing requirements, along with day to day management of public companies, since 1994. Previously, Ms. Szigety was a senior legal assistant in the corporate securities department of Campney & Murphy in Vancouver, B.C. Ms. Szigety has been and is currently a director and/or officer of several other TSX Venture / CNQ Exchange-listed companies.

Dave Kepkay - Director

Mr. David Kepkay, has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and technical support of CADD (computer aided design and drafting) computer workstations and local area network installations. Mr. Kepkay served for 12 year with one of Western Canada's largest AutoCAD dealers in a sales and support capacity. Mr. Kepkay has organizational skills and the ability to help develop new markets that blend the use of technology and industrial minerals in creating environmental responsible solutions. Mr. Kepkay has been an Independent Director of Canadian Mining Company, Inc. since 2000. Mr. Kepkay holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Computer Sciences from Capilano College in North Vancouver, British Columbia which he obtained in 1979.

Edward Skoda - Director

Mr. Edward Franklin Skoda- Mr. Skoda has over 35 years experience in the mining industry in which time, he worked on many national and international projects. Since 1973, he served with Newmont Mining Ltd., as an Underground Mining Ventilation Technologist in their Granduc Mine in northern British Columbia, and other such companies as Tara Mines in Ireland and the Northwest Territories, Echo Bay Mines at Port Radium and Bechtel Corporation of San Francisco, California, as Underground Shift Boss and Project Manager. He worked with Kaiser Engineering Inc. and served in their Hammerstay Iron Project in Australia as a Civic Inspector for the construction of a railway bed. Other projects include two years employment as the Senior Tunnel Inspector on a hydro project for Bechtel Canada Inc. Mr. Skoda has been a Director of Canadian Mining Company, Inc. since 1998. Mr. Skoda graduated in 1967 and in the fall of 1968, he enrolled in Haileybury School of Mines in Haileybury, Ontario for three years, where he obtained a diploma in Mining Engineering Technology in 1971. From 1974 to 1976, he took a two year diploma course in Business Administration specializing in Transportation Management in 1979. Mr. Skoda also holds a Degree in Business Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
